This spectacular site, less crowded than the other legendary places in Yellowstone National Park, is a must see. It features a series of fascinating iridescent, gold-tinged pools, such as Emerald Pool and Rainbow Pool, where all the colours of the rainbow are on display. Don't miss the touching Sunset Lake and its bucolic atmosphere, especially at the end of the day, when it comes into its own.
