Il parere della Guida Michelin
On this square, a small fountain marks the spot where in 1538 Gonzalo Jiménez de Quesada is said to have stopped to water his horses and decided to found the city of Bogotá. The bohemian atmosphere is upheld by a few eclectic bars, where you can sample the local version of chicha or coca tea. Callejón del Embudo, a small cobbled street that leads off one corner of the square, is the place to head to for a host of bars with a young and lively atmosphere.
