Kenta Takahashi was charmed by olive oil grown under the Mediterranean sun. The restaurant’s name means ‘one yearning for the sun’, referring to Takahashi himself. One taste of what he can do with olive oil will convince you of his expertise. Pasta dishes feature things like vegetables and dried mullet roe; seafood includes items such as aqua pazza. Ever eager to please his guests, Takahashi will even prepare items not on the menu. Taking the freedom of à la carte one step further is one of the joys of Bramasole.
