The Tokyo outpost of Le Pristine of Belgium. Directing the kitchen is Sergio Herman, a standard-bearer in the world of Dutch cuisine. LE PRISTINE TOKYO introduces “New Italian” that combines the climate and culinary traditions of Herman’s native region of Zeeland, in the Netherlands. His signature dish, seafood orecchiette, is made for Tokyo, a fusion of Japanese ingredients with Dutch gastronomy. The art and background music combine to help create a modern dining experience.
