Il parere della Guida Michelin
This small restaurant, located on a narrow street in the bustling Bairro Alto district, features a completely open-view kitchen in the centre of the dining room, plus a minimalist decor of neutral tones. Influenced by his experiences in international restaurants, chef André Lança Cordeiro combines French techniques with seasonal Portuguese ingredients. Dishes such as the famous pâté en croûte with different fillings, the vol-au-vent of lobster and sweetbreads, and the pistachio and yuzu Paris-Brest take guests on a gastronomic flight of fancy to France without having to leave Lisbon! Options here include the Bistrot menu, with one starter, a main course, and a dessert, and the Amuse-Bouches tasting menu, accompanied by an interesting wine pairing.
